The depot now runs in four languages: English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. And not as a translated brochure page bolted onto the side: the whole run is localized, every aisle, every button, every email.
Everything speaks your language
- The order builder and the cart: every step, every label, every error message.
- Checkout and the receipt email, in the language you ordered in.
- The delivery report: your order page and its status chips.
- The FAQ, the refund and privacy policies, and these articles, this one included.
How to switch
Look for the Language menu in the top bar, on any page. Each language names itself, English, Français, Español, Português, so you never have to find yours in a foreign list. Pick once and the site remembers your choice in this browser for your next visit.
Your order keeps its language
The language you order in travels with the order. Check out in French and the checkout page, the receipt email and the link to your order page all arrive in French, whatever device you open them on later.
The numbers are the same in every language, and so are the rules: same shelves, same prices, same 30-day refill, same refusal to ever ask for a password. If a phrase reads wrong in your language, write to the crew and we fix it like anything else at the depot.
